Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If НАЗВАНИЕ КОМПАНИИ is unable to fulfill the order the customer will be contacted and on customer request a refund shall be initiated, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damaged Goods
If you identify a defect in the skin (fitting issues, glue issues, etc.), just mail us some images of the skins that you received within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. After examining the same, we will ship a replacement after discussing it with the buyer. The life and fitting of the skin largely depend on whether it has been applied properly as per the instructions provided in the package. Apart from delivering the best, our greatest priority is providing the best support to our customers. We’re at your disposal round the clock and we’ll do anything to get the job done ‘On-Time!’. If you get any fitting or print issues with your order, the Sleeky India team will be happy to replace it with another one. We have noticed that some people take their concerns to social media handles in a way defamatory to НАЗВАНИЕ КОМПАНИИ Brand name without discussing the same first with our team. This is highly condemned and a necessary legal remedy will be sought against such action.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
A Customer can Request for Cancellation of the order within 12 hours of placing the order, The Amount Refunded Will be After Deducting the Cancellation Fee Of 18% of the Total Order Value. Except for any statutory rights of cancellation, once you place your order you cannot cancel it. Given the customized nature of НАЗВАНИЕ КОМПАНИИ products, the product’s purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds can be provided for products that are damaged before delivery or in the case of the product bearing a custom logo or other artwork requested by you, product bearing a logo or other artwork that does not match the logo or other artwork requested by you. If your product appears to be damaged please contact us promptly at the contact details given.
You cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered:
If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 20 days (in India) from the order date.

If the shipping location is not serviced by our contracted courier.
No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged by us as soon as brought to our notice. No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he or she doesn’t like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn’t match his or her expectations as all products are custom made by us after receiving the orders. No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason of minor design and color variations. There will always be some variation in color between products you see online and products you get in hand. There will be no refunds for packages that are returned without email confirmation. Sleeky India reserves the right to cancel any order that has been received including discontinuing any promotional coupon or offer.
Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies because of wrong address/contact details.
Package refused by the recipient.
Under such cases, the buyer will be liable to pay INR 60 as RTO charges, which are charged by the couriers for bringing the products back to our warehouse. The said product will be then reshipped again with the updated details. No refund requests or design change requests will be entertained under such circumstances.

GOODS UNDELIVERED BECAUSE OF CUSTOMER ISSUES
If an order does not successfully arrive at the delivery address provided during checkout within the recommended time frame, please use the contact info section and let us know. We’ll work with you to get a re-shipment processed and ensure that you receive the product you paid for. We do not provide any refunds based on undelivered items, as delivery is out of our control once an item has left our warehouse. No refunds will be given in the following cases:

In case the customer wants any specific wallpaper/image printed on the Skin, liabilities arising from any copyright or other intellectual property violations will belong to the customer. НАЗВАНИЕ КОМПАНИИ does not bear any responsibility regarding the confidentiality and possible misuse of the custom images being uploaded, however, НАЗВАНИЕ КОМПАНИИ has done its best to protect the privacy of such images.
